Terms and Conditions (Gifts)

Orders must be made 3 days in advance. For urgent orders, please reach out to us via order@kith.com.sg and we will try our best to accommodate your requests. 


Changes/ Cancellation
All items are specially made by our Pastry Chefs and cancellation is not allowed. Kindly contact us at order@kith.com.sg if you have any queries regarding your order.

Exchange and Refund Policy
We regret that items sold are not exchangeable. Items not picked up/received on the indicated collection/ delivery date will be forfeited. 

Payment 

Final receipt is still subjected to Goods and Services Tax. Price and availability of items are subject to change without prior notice. 

Delivery/Self-collection
You may opt for delivery or self collection to receive your order at checkout. 
We deliver from 9am - 6pm on weekdays. No minimum spend is required to qualify for delivery but an additional $30 per trip is applicable. Surcharges apply for restricted areas.

Card Message
Please ensure that the wordings are correct upon placing the order. Due to space constraints, we will not be able to accommodate messages that are too long.
